Holly Weber
Candidate · Toronto City Council
Holly Weber is a dedicated community advocate, workforce management professional and proud resident who has called the ward home for the past 11 years. A graduate of the University of Toronto, Holly brings both professional expertise and a strong record of community service to her campaign for Toronto City Council.
Throughout her career in contingent workforce management, Holly has worked closely with multinational organizations to develop strategic staffing solutions, manage complex budgets, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accountability in the use of resources. Her experience managing complex workforce programs has reinforced the importance of fiscal responsibility, transparency, and delivering value, principles she is committed to bringing to City Hall.
Holly's commitment to service extends well beyond her professional career. She co-founded the Toronto Twilight Rotary club to strengthen community engagement and support charitable initiatives across the city and abroad. Holly summited Mount Kilimanjaro as a fundraiser for Rotary's End Polio Now program. She has also volunteered extensively at local food banks and shelters, helping provide assistance and support to individuals and families facing difficult circumstances, and is a recipient of the TELUS CHLOE Community Champion Award for her volunteer work in the community.
As a wife and mother, Holly is deeply invested in the future of Toronto. Together with her husband and daughter, she has built a life in the community and understands firsthand the importance of safe neighbourhoods, reliable city services, and opportunities for families to thrive.
As a resident of Toronto for over 23 years, Holly is committed to listening to the community, making informed decisions, and delivering practical solutions that improve quality of life for everyone.
Seven priorities for Parkdale–High Park, each built on the same idea: government should solve real problems for real people, and show its work.
“Build more homes faster so middle-class families can stay in Toronto.”
“Compassion and accountability must exist together.”

“Toronto should work for drivers, cyclists, pedestrians, and transit riders, not just one group.”
“Protect local businesses from red tape and endless construction chaos.”
“Every tax dollar should produce visible results.”
“Protect the neighbourhood character people moved here for.”
“Environmental progress must also be affordable and realistic.”

I never thought I'd volunteer for a campaign before, but this felt different. It felt local, practical, and focused on real issues affecting our neighbourhood.
I started helping with social media a few hours a week and quickly realized how many people actually want to get involved if someone simply invites them.
I joined because I wanted safer streets and a stronger sense of community for my kids. The team was welcoming from day one.
It's inspiring seeing residents of all ages working together for something positive.
